SkyWings Travel's mobile booking rates were significantly lower than desktop, with users abandoning the app during complex multi-city bookings. The existing app suffered from poor navigation, slow loading times, and a confusing checkout process that frustrated travelers.

We completely reimagined the mobile booking experience with gesture-based navigation, predictive search, and a streamlined three-step booking process. The new design emphasizes visual flight information with interactive maps and timeline views.
